How did it get to be Thursday already?

Sunday was Grey Cup festivities followed by a Canucks game; worked an extra shift, went to a writing class and had to drive in our first (and let’s hope only) snow fall of the year on Monday; Tuesday the Mini had it’s 90,000km check up (needs brakes soon) and I gave blood; Wednesday we went to an awards night at the college (♀ received a $500 award..she was recommended for it by an instructor she had last year). The bakery is getting busier now for Christmas; I made the first stollen of the year last night. I also had to make 3 loaves of bread in the shape of turtles for an order. I hope the customer has a good imagination, I don’t think they came out looking very turtle-like.

And on top of all that, ♀ insisted that the carpets needed steam cleaning.
