I know he first made waves as a rocker, but for me Jeff healey was a jazz and blues man. It was his show on CBC radio that first tuned me on to the swinging jazz of the 30′s & 40′s. Most, if not all the music from those shows were from his personal collection of 78 rpm’s.

I listened to <this concert> on the way to work last night; it made me happy & sad at the same time. I hope you enjoy it as well.

He was a huge talent and from everything I’ve heard, a hell of a nice guy. I’ll miss him.
