I bet that title raised a few eyebrows. For a good many women it is THE toy of choice. When partners, fingers or other toys let them down, their trusty Hitachi is there to save the day.

We have been to Lounge events where they have run out electrical outlets for all the Hitachi’s. So how the hell can I…a mere man and not even a ‘real’ man at that…suggest that the Hitachi experience can be improved?

Well, it’s like this. Over the past 10 years ♀ & I have bought many sex toys. In fact, I think I told you that I bought her a pail of toys for our first Christmas together (6 weeks after we met). So we have tried a lot of toys, but we’ve never owned a Hitachi. The reason for this was she didn’t like that it only had two speeds. Even the slow speed can be quite intense and ♀ just couldn’t picture starting off with that strong a vibe.  She felt that the intensity needed to build like a good flogging.

So this Christmas Santa brought her a Hitachi and this magical little device.

And the results have been…

…amazing!

We always have a desk-top calendar for keeping track of appointments, messages, bills, phone numbers, doodling on…you know, the practical calendar.

But every year we get a ‘pretty’ one as well. We’ve had a few SI swimsuit ones, some pin-up ones, we had the first NYC bloggers calendar. We haven’t gone looking for this years eye-candy calendar yet, but this is pretty adorable…
